Cancellation policy

·       Cancellations of reservations must not conflict with the general cancellation policy of the platform.

·       Images used in advertisements must accurately describe the quality, tags, and condition of the services. The platform reserves the right to impose minimum requirements for the quality, type and size of images.

·       The acceptance of a reservation request by the supplier constitutes a legally binding agreement between both the supplier and the user. Thus, the supplier is obligated to provide the service to the user and the prescribed taxes and advertising costs are due.

·       The supplier may ask for a deposit but it must be mentioned if this deposit is required in advance or not, and the supplier may not request this deposit after booking or outside the platform.

 

Terms of Users

·        Before booking the service, you will see the "total costs", once you agree to pay the total costs of any booking requests you make within the Platform, you will not be entitled to make any agreements outside the Platform.

·       Booking confirmation by the supplier represents a legally binding agreement. Accordingly, any of the additional conditions set by the supplier, in particular those related to the cancellation policy, advertisement restrictions and bans.

·       Payment services collect the total costs at the time of booking or when the supplier confirms the reservation depending on the payment method.

·       You acknowledge that the confirmed reservation by the supplier is a limited license that authorizes the user to use only the advertised service.

·       For hosting and real estate services, the user must abide by the departure date specified by the supplier or the date determined by the mutual agreement between you and the supplier.

·       In the event that the departure date is exceeded without the supplier's consent, you will lose the right of residence and the supplier has the right to expel you by various legal means.

 

User-specific information to negates user ignorance.

The user should carefully review the description of the advertised service to be reserved to ensure recognition, approval and the compliance with all applicable laws, rules and controls set by the supplier, in a way that negates user ignorance.

·       Customers can pay for services through an instant payment network at the company's outlets or through electronic payment services such as Paymob and ValU

 Service modification, cancellation and refund policy

·       It includes the terms exchanged between the owner and the user, which may include taxes and additional costs that are not inconsistent with the terms set out in the

·       Cancellation policy.

 ·       If the user chooses to pay the 50% payment method:

 ·      In case of cancellation of a reservation confirmed by the user by paying 50%, it will not be refunded.

If the user chooses to pay the total payment method:

In the event of cancellation of a confirmed reservation by the user 15 days or more before the use of the service, the price of one night will be deducted from the reservation.

 If the user canceled a confirmed reservation before 14 to 7 days using the service , 50% of the total service value will be deducted and the remaining amount will be transferred to his bank account the process takes from 7 to 14 working days

 If the user canceled a confirmed reservation before 7day or less the total value of the service will be deducted.

 • In the event of canceling a confirmed reservation by the user after partially benefiting from the service, the total cost of the service will be deducted, and no amounts will be refunded to the user according to the applicable laws.

 ·       If the client cancelled a confirmed request during special events or special occasions, the paid amount is non-refundable

- Cancellation of reservations by (owner):

- If the owner canceled a confirmed reservation one week before using the service, it will be canceled free of charge.

- If the owner canceled a confirmed reservation 48 hours before using the service, 15% of the next reservation will be deducted.

- If the owner canceled the reservation twice within a week, 30% of the service value will be deducted on the next reservation.

- If the owner canceled the reservation three times within a week, he will be banned from using our platform.

 • The user gets a full refund of the service costs when the owner cancels the confirmed reservation.

• In case of refunding the reservation amount, the process takes from 7 to 14 working days .

 ·       In some special cases:

·        the platform may decide based on its weighting that it is necessary to cancel the reservation even if it is confirmed, if the platform has sufficient reasons to believe that the cancellation is necessary to avoid serious harm to the platform, its users or their property, or for any other reason, taking into account the common interest of the suppliers and users, in this case, the user receives a full refund of the service value.

·       If the user faced any problems with the arrival, travel, transportation, or other things that prevent him from using the unit or benefit from the service, the platform has the right, based on its weight, to grant a full or partial cash refund to the user as a part of the cash back policy.

 Accommodation damages and the dispute between the platform users

·       The user is responsible for maintaining the unit and its items/belongings.

·       The user is responsible for accepting, rejecting or participating in the actions of those who share the unit.

·       If the supplier claims and provides sufficient evidence that the user has caused damage to the unit or one of its items, the supplier is entitled to obtain a sum of money as compensation for those damages, whether directly or by disbursing the insurance value.

  The supplier is fully responsible for disclosing, collecting, exempting or adding any applicable tax or applicable value- added tax in his advertisement.

 Activities and actions prohibited on the platform while using the service/unit.

The supplier and the user are responsible for complying with the laws, rules, guidelines, regulations and tax obligations applicable to the use of the service, as for the use of the platform and its services, users of the platform are prohibited from doing the actions that we have explained, instigating or helping others to do it.
